Position Summary Your mission will be to oversee and manage the boutiques business in the region, ensuring excellence in all areas of operations. You will craft an exceptional environment within boutiques and beyond—delivering a “One Of Not Many” memorable client experience, fostering a fulfilling employee journey, and driving a strong clienteling approach to achieve ambitious and sustainable business results. Additionally, you will support the Maison’s business strategy by achieving outstanding results in client portfolio development and sales, while embodying the role of a Brand Ambassador both inside and outside the boutique. Main Responsibilities Business Development and Strategic Planning • Formulate business requirements with stakeholders and functional requirements for strategic solutions • Drive the growth of the Brand's reputation and desirability by implementing strategic initiatives that target overall business expansion, engaging both local clientele and clients from broader geographical areas • Proactively explore and secure partnerships and collaborations to elevate boutique positioning and offerings, including organizing exclusive product launches, bespoke events, and unique client experiences • Maintain a sharp awareness of the local business environment, proactively identifying opportunities and mitigating risks posed by competitor activities and commercial trends to safeguard and boost sales performance Boutique Performance and Operations Management • Proactively drive the achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets across all Macau boutiques, fully aligned with the Maison’s strategic goals • Take ownership in designing, executing, and rigorously tracking action plans to ensure boutique sales targets are not only met but exceeded • Lead the charge in performance management by analyzing key insights, sharing actionable strategies, and fostering a results-driven boutique culture • Inspire and empower teams with decisive sales leadership, setting bold performance goals supported by clear and impactful KPIs • Actively champion the implementation of new tools and services, ensuring rapid adoption and seamless integration across all boutiques • Take initiative in ensuring operational excellence by anticipating and addressing risks, while maintaining full compliance with Group and Maison policies • Maintain a hands-on approach with regular boutique visits, providing constructive feedback and swiftly addressing any challenges to optimize performance • Consistently ensure that all procedures are flawlessly executed, creating an environment where teams can thrive and excel Clienteling • Lead and drive all CRM and clienteling efforts, ensuring a strong client engagement strategy across Macau boutiques • Lead by example to build and strengthen relationships with VIC/VVIC clients, leveraging the Maison’s hospitality approach to enhance loyalty and long-term engagement • Identify opportunities to grow the client portfolio by networking, recruiting new clients, and reactivating existing ones through targeted initiatives • Develop and execute strategic action plans for client acquisition, retention, and up-selling • Organize premium client experiences and bespoke events, ensuring exceptional service and personalized engagement • Build and develop the VVIP database Represent Brand identity - Act as a Maison ambassador • Strongly contribute to grow Brand’s reputation and desirability in local network • Communicate with passion about the Maison, demonstrating an extensive knowledge of values, codes and history, and strong capacity to tell a story that will resonate with the customer. • Demonstrate a broad knowledge of the Maison collections in order to promote the uniqueness of our products and tailoring the approach to the client • Be the ambassador and key contact person for all interactions with the Group and International HQ (to present the market, organize visits and events…) • Participate to all brand events (local and international) as Maison Ambassador inside and outside the boutique, share post clients ‘activities/events analyses and reports with management. Team Management & People Development • Provide to the team a strong sense of purpose by inspiring a cohesive team spirit, and reinforce engagement • Communicate, federate, and motivate the boutique team around the strategy and vision of the Maison • Coach, train, motivate and lead by example with a high degree of professionalism • Design the optimum organization, recruits the right profiles, and ensures proactively talent pipeline in the market • Develop positive relationship with team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns • Identify and define team’s training need, ensuring a singular and adapted development plan is curated & communicated accordingly to each team member • Drive performance management to achieve KPI’s and perform above expectations PROFILE REQUESTED: • University graduate or equivalent • 6+ years of experience, preferably in consulting or finance background and with exposure in luxury goods • Excellent command of the English Language is a must. Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage • Organized, efficient, analytical, confident and detail oriented • A team player with excellent inter-personnel skills • A good communicator, able to multitask, to lead & manage projects on own initiative • IT savvy (including Word, Power Point, Excel). Excel skill a definite must
