    Louis Vuitton Macau Invites qualified applicants to apply for the following positions:



In charge of all recruitment, HR admin related matters, employee relations/disciplinary cases.


  • Provide professional HR support to the Store Manager such as: budget / forecast on manpower planning, employee movement, organizational structure evolution, performance appraisal etc…
  • Implement the Group’s selection process in managing end to end process of recruitment for assigned business unit(s) including sourcing, screening resumes, shortlisting, conducting interviews, assessment, reference check and administering employment documentations
  • Perform recruitment administration tasks – salary proposal, background reference check, pre- employment processes, maintain candidate database, analysis, reporting
  • Work closely with the hiring managers in providing professional recruitment advice, support and updates in a timely manner
  • Actively participate and collaborate with recruitment team on continuous improvement of recruitment as well as other projects within the team
  • Prepare documentation for work permit application and renewal for overseas employees.
  • Conduct store visit and provide a summary on the follow up actions to the Store ManagerResponsible advices on employee relations issues, career development and succession planning to the Store Manager
  • Responsible to organize employees’ activities to promote positive organizational culture


  • Proficient in spoken / written English & Cantonese
  • Minimum a Diploma, Degree graduate or professional certificate in Human Resources Management.
  • Min 5 years of related experience in HR Possess good and effective time management skills
  • Able to multitask and set priorities
  • Detail-minded, with constant innovation and work dynamic
  • A team player who can perform in a fast pace environment
  • Good communication skills
