SHIFT SUPERVISOR (Ref: SS)

Accountabilities

 Responsible for managing the store and its shift team and ensure that the store provides the highest level of customer service

 Verify staff positioning during the shift according to the shop activity and priority

 Be personally available to all customers to communicate and identify their needs or concerns

 Review the daily sales. Analyze if any issue in the shop might be affecting the weekly sales and communicate it to the Terminal Manager

 Assume Terminal Manager responsibilities in his/her absence


Requirements

- University graduate;

- At least 3 years solid work experience in retail sales and operation management preferably with dynamic exposure especially in liquor and tobacco product;

- Strong business acumen, result-oriented in generating sales and operational profits;

- Positive with effective people management and leadership skills are essential;

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;

- Familiar with MS Excel and PC operations
