Sales Associate 店铺销售

主要职责：
 
  1. 完成销售指标
  2. 遵守公司政策与方针
  3. 提供卓越的客户服务与产品知识确保客户满意
  4. 确保日常库存的准确
  5. 根据公司政策妥善处理客户投诉

职位要求：

  1. 二年以上零售行业销售经验
  2. 积极进取, 注重细节
  3. 良好的沟通和销售技巧
  4. 有时尚零售行业经验优先
  5. 有一定的电脑知识

Key accountabilities:

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Comply with Company policies and guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service and develop product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Daily inventory control
  • Handle customer complaints according to Company guidelines

Qualifications, skills & experience:

  1. Min. 2 years retail sales experience
  2. Proactive, presentable, detail-oriented
  3. Good communication and selling skills
  4. Fashion industry experience is preferred
  5. Good computer literacy
