Sales Associate / 銷售員

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and provide a high-quality shopping experience for customers
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Coach products and excel in selling skills to meet monthly team and individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service along with professional product knowledge
  • Connect with customers through omni-channel
  • Assist with the daily store operations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years retail experience, preferably fashion/luxury fields
  • Hold a diploma or higher level of education
  • Customer-centric, hard-working, with positive & flexible working attitude
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and interpersonal abilities
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Sales Associate

  • 流利粵語、良好的英語和國語
  • 經驗較豐富者可考慮為高級銷售員
