職責：
• 以熱情、禮貌的方式協助顧客並與他們互動
• 讓每位客戶參與互動，從而實現高水準的顧客滿意度，並對銷售和服務產生正面影響
• 運用卓越的銷售技巧，有效辨識客戶需求並達成銷售
• 庫存管理，包括盤點、出貨、視覺行銷和補貨
• 解決或回報所有客戶問題
• 與門市經理和團隊建立關鍵關係（視情況而定）
• 支持活動和快閃店，並了解銷售目標/計劃

We are currently recruiting for Full Time Sales Associates to join our brand-new PAIGE store, based in the Wynn Macau. You will have availability across the full week, including weekdays and weekends.

Our sales team use their strong selling skills to assist clients with all purchases, be an effective brand ambassador, build rapport and relationships with existing customers, as well as providing outstanding service in all customer interactions.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting and interacting with customers in a warm and courteous manner,
• Engaging every client in an interaction that results in the highest level of client satisfaction that positively impact both sales and service.
• Utilise exemplary selling skills to effectively identify customer needs and close sales.
• Stock management including stock takes, deliveries, visual merchandising and replenishment.
• Resolve or escalate all customer issues.
• Building key relationships with store managers and teams (as appropriate)
• Support events and store pop ups, with an understanding of sales targets/plans

Profile:
• Previous retail experience or relevant customer related experience i.e service orientated industry.
• Excellent fashion & retail operations knowledge
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Strong communication skills,
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and willing to adap
• Passion for the brand and fashion
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
