熱情接待每一位顧客，提供專業的購物諮詢、個性化搭配建議與優質服務，創造超越期待的品牌體驗，以達成個人與團隊銷售目標。
熟練掌握 Balmain 品牌歷史、設計理念、產品線及當季新品，成為顧客信賴的時尚顧問。
主動挖掘並深度理解客戶需求，透過精準推薦、關聯銷售與會員維護，提升客戶忠誠度與回購率。
協助完成店鋪日常營運工作，包括貨品陳列、庫存整理與盤點、收銀支援及活動執行，確保店鋪環境始終符合品牌的全球視覺與服務品質標準。
具備良好的團隊合作精神，積極執行上級的工作安排與指示，高效完成分配的任務，並共同確保店鋪貨品與資產安全。
