Sales Part Time

岗位职责：
1. 热情接待每一位顾客，提供专业的购物咨询、个性化搭配建议与优质服务，创造超越期待的品牌体验，以达成个人与团队销售目标。
2. 熟练掌握 Balmain 品牌历史、设计理念、产品线及当季新品，成为顾客信赖的时尚顾问。
3. 主动挖掘并深度理解客户需求，通过精准推荐、关联销售与会员维护，提升客户忠诚度与复购率。
4. 协助完成店铺日常运营工作，包括货品陈列、库存整理与盘点、收银支持及活动执行，确保店铺环境始终符合品牌的全球视觉与服务质量标准。
5. 具备良好的团队合作精神，积极执行上级的工作安排与指示，高效完成分配的任务，并共同确保店铺货品与资产安全。
