Senior Manager – Operations (Motors)

Who we are:

Harper Engineering (Macau) Limited is one of the subsidiaries of Sime Darby Motor Group. We are the exclusive distributor and retailer of Peugeot, Suzuki, as well as Mitsubishi in both passenger car and commercial vehicle segments.

Responsibilities:

Perform general management duties for the group’s mulit-francis motors businesses in Macau
Establish strategic plans and budgets, and achieve optimum utilization of company resources
Lead and drive the operations team of Sales, Service and Part to achieve business grow
Maintain quality service by enforcing and enhancing high standards of operation processes.
Build and strengthen relationship with principles and customers

Requirements:

The incumbent is required to stationed in Macau; background of extensive exposure and strong connection with Macau business is required, experience working in Macau is preferred but not a must
Degree holder, with 15 years of experience in automotive brands with not less than 10 years in managerial position
Solid motor sales and retail operations experience
Extensive knowledge in automotive product and market
Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
