- Salary: MOP 30,000 
- Regular Day Off: 7 days

Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive a team of beauty adviser to achieve sales and provide excellent service
- Establish and maintain the highest standard of shop environment and customer service
- Monitor shop operations, support manpower planning, and retail related reports
- Work closely with marketing team to handle implementation of product strategies
- Coordinate and build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders to optimize the outcome
- Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:
- At least 4 years’ supervisory experience in front line retail skincare or beauty operation
- Strong experience in Beauty, Skincare or Health care products
- Sensitive to numbers, strong negotiation and business development skills
- Strong motivation skills, fast pace and multitask handling
- Excellent people management and presentation skills
