Responsibilities

Achieve store sale target and KPIs
Strategize and take action upon daily and weekly sales performance
Assist team member to achieve sales target
Demonstrate expert knowledge of Coach products and excel in selling skills personally and for team
Create a high energy, sales and customer-focused environment
Demonstrate customer-centric mindset and deliver best-of-class customer experience
Be the role model and lead the team to deliver meaningful and genuine engagement and interaction through connecting and empowering customer as well as building long-term relationship
Act as a sales leader to promote The Coach Experience
Lead assigned projects and in-store team
Provide appropriate, specific and timely feedback to team

Requirements

3+ years store management experience in retail operations preferably in fashion or luxury fields
Higher Diploma holder or above
Good analytical skills and strong business acumen
Self-motivated, customer-focused and result-oriented
Able to work under pressure and positive to achi sales targets
Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Proficient in MS Office
