崗位職責：
- 以親切有禮的態度接待賓客;
- 為賓客介紹餐品、飲品及餐廳，為賓客提供建議及完成下單；
- 準確接受和執行賓客的訂單以及送達所需餐品；
- 隨時提供賓客所需的協助例如：更換餐具、補充紙巾等；
- 處理賓客的投訴或問題，並努力解決問題令賓客滿意；

職位要求：
- 中學或以上程度；
- 具有2年或以上餐廳工作經驗（需提供相關證明的正本核實），熟悉餐廳運作及服務流程；
- 能流利廣東話、普通話或英文優先考慮
- 可接受夜班或兩班制

Responsibility:
- Greet guests in a warm, welcoming and polite manner;
- Provide detailed restaurant introduction, menu description, offer recommendations and complete orders;
- Accurately accept and execute guest orders and deliver required meals;
- Provide assistance to guests at any time, such as changing utensils, replenishing tissues, answering questions, etc.;
- Handle guest complaints or problems in a friendly and courteous manner, and resolve problems to the satisfaction of guests;

Requirements:
- Secondary school or above
- 2 years+ working experience in restaurant (relevant certificate is required), familiar with restaurant operation and service process;
- Experience in cash handling and POS machine operation;
- Fluent in Cantonese or English is preferred
- Night work or shift work is acceptable
