生産及加工場主管/ 顧問 Head of Production/ Product Consultant

主要職責

  • 負責製定生產加工場的操作流程，管理整個生產線食品及各項協調生產管理
  • 食品加工廠人員及工作管理及確保現場HACCP品質管控
  • 有關HACCP的文件處理
  • 現場作業員衛生教育管理
