餐飲 – 廚師 (冰室)

工作職責：
 
  • 準備及管理食材、根據上級要求烹調食物；
  • 維護菜品質素與成本控制，確保廚房運作順暢；
  • 維持與確保廚房及冷凍庫的衛生達到既定標準。

工作要求：

  • 具中學學歷或以上；
  • 具1年或以上茶餐廳或類似場所的工作經驗。
