We are looking for Hostess in Vasco Bar at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau, the key responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact
• Escort guests to assigned dining area and present the menus to them
• Inform Guest of current promotion and provide recommendation on the drinks
• Answer incoming calls to the bar and provide appropriate service
• Manage the flow of guests into the bar areas
• Tend to special guest needs and requests
• Observant to Guests' needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service 
• Assist the team by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water and serving beverages

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience working as hostess / receptionist
• Knowledge with alcoholic beverages
• Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and talkative
• Ability to work well under pressure and overnight shift
• Height of 165 cm or above is preferred.
