We are looking for Restaurant Manager in Cafe Bela Vista 薈景閣餐廳經理

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate on day to day operations for Cafe Bela Vista and colleagues
• Manage the daily operations with active presence on the floor leading the team to deliver service excellence
• Train and lead the team in all aspects of the restaurant to ensure brand standards and training SOP's are followed
• Actively manage restaurant partnership with the Chef to create and maintain the restaurant offerings both buffet and A la carte while keeping up with the overall concept of the restaurant
• Be a hands-on Manager and be present in the Operation, especially during busy periods.

• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Diploma or degree in food service management or related field
