Job Responsibilities: • To work as directed from his or her Chef de Partie and supervisors. • Make sure that food is tasty, attempting presented, fresh, correct portioned and safe. • Follow “Clean as you go” policy and keep work area clean at all times. • That mise en place is fresh, correct size, portioned and according to business. • Proper handling of equipment and report break downs or maintenance requests. • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Job Requirements: • Secondary school or equivalent required; Culinary education is preferred. • Minimum of 1 year in a similar position. • Good communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin (verbal and listening). 工作職責: • 認真完成主管交辦的工作。 • 確保食品新鮮美味,可口誘人並且配料合理。 • 遵守“走到哪裡都乾淨”的準則,隨時保持工作區域乾淨整潔。 • 依照客人要求調配、擺放食品,大小適中,新鮮可口。 • 正確合理使用設備,及時維修保養,遇有損壞立即報告。 • 執行由上級分配之其他職責以滿足業務需求。 工作要求: • 高中或相等學歷要求;擁有廚房知識教育背景優先。 • 在相同的領域內至少擁有1年工作經驗。 • 在廣東話和國語方面有良好的溝通技巧(口語及聽力) 。
