F&B Operations Director

A prestige leading catering group having a portfolio of wide range of dining restaurants, with extensive operations in Macau is looking for competent executive for the position of: -

F&B Operations Director

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the senior management
Day to day running of large and high-quality restaurant operations
Ensuring the business is run efficiently and that sales targets are met
Devise new approaches for increasing food and beverage business and revenues.
Maximize food and beverage profitability. Achieve budgeted revenues and control expenses and budget for Food & Beverage department.
Plan, organizes, prioritize and assigns business activities effectively
Ensures all company/brand standards and safety guidelines are met
Maintain a high level of service and discipline within food and beverage department.
Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels

Job Requirements:

Bachelor in Hospitality, Catering Management or related disciplines;
At least 10 years’ relevant experience in catering industry, of which at least 5 years in senior management position;
Commercially minded with a proven track record in meeting financial targets
Hands-on experience in managing multi-restaurant operations and multiple dining concepts ranging from quick service, fine dining to volume catering;
In-depth knowledge of Chinese, Asian and Western cuisines;
Strong management and communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediately available is highly preferable
