Job Responsibilities: • Responsible to guide the F&B team internally for all upcoming promotions. • Conduct research on market trends and potential restaurants’ upcoming competitions to have better strategic marketing planning. • Identifies new or existing markets/accounts that meet property sales strategy. • Develops a sales plan to generate business from identified markets/accounts. • Conduct research on market trends and potential restaurants’ upcoming competitions to have better strategic marketing planning. • Work closely with clients from Sales & Marketing and to bring in more in-house F&B business by sharing each other’s database thus maximize profit for all parties. • To take care VIP guests, Galaxy Members and all the guests at different areas of hotel. • To guide the guests throughout restaurants and outlets. • Assists with the planning of the F&B e-news letter. • Attend Social functions to promote hotel and F&B offerings. • Develop strategies, concepts, supports and liaise with the Communication Department on all special F&B promotions of the restaurants on the marketing communications and advertising campaigns. • Assists in the coordination and execution of all F&B printed materials. • Controls quantity and inventory of all F&B marketing collateral items. • Follow company and department policies and procedures. • Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Job Requirements: • College/University degree above. • 4 year experience in Food & Beverage as beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area. • Minimum 2 years in sales or marketing position. • Sales driven/oriented personality. • Good knowledge in e-Commerce. • Good command of spoken and written of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
