Our client is a hotel in Macau. They are now looking for a F&B Executive Sous Chef (Western Kitchen) to join them.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in his/her respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.
Take charge of the kitchen operation ensure consistency in the food quality, taste and presentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related disciplines is preferable.
Minimum of 2-4 years' related experience.
Hotel F&B working experience is preferable.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
