Food Court Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Lead the operations team to achieve sales targets, ensure smooth daily workflows, and enforce company SOPs.
Tenant & Lease Management: Source and vet qualified tenants, drive stall occupancy, manage lease agreements, and handle rental collections and debt recovery.
Financial Performance: Drive outlet profitability, manage P&L results, and oversee daily sales settlements and pricing compliance.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and product quality; conduct regular audits and manage evaluations for both staff and stall tenants.
Stakeholder Relations: Maintain positive relationships with landlords, contractors, and relevant government authorities, assisting with inspections as required.
Administration & Leadership: Supervise contractors, handle food court administrative duties, and foster staff development through ongoing feedback and training.

Job Requirements

Citizenship / Status: Macau residents only.
Education: Diploma/Degree in F&B Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in restaurant or food court operations.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (both written and spoken).
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite etc.
Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills with a true passion for the F&B industry.
Work Schedule: Shift work required, 6 days per week.
