We are now recruiting an Executive Chinese Chef at Grand Coloane Resort Macau, the key responsibilities of this position are as follows:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Chinese kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, operational efficiency, and consistency.
- Lead and develop the team through training and the implementation of standard operating procedures to enhance technical skills, productivity, and overall kitchen performance.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team on promotional initiatives, festive campaigns, seasonal menus, and banquet events.
- Drive culinary innovation and menu enhancement, leading the team in developing new dishes aligned with market trends.
- Manage food costs and inventory control, ensure effective use of resources, and achieve budget and profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene requirements, and maintain kitchen facilities and equipment to uphold a safe and hygienic working environment.

Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline; professional culinary certifications and international competition experience preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of Chinese culinary experience, including at least 3 years in an Executive Chinese Chef or equivalent leadership role within a 5-star international hotel.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse culinary team.
- Strong Chinese culinary skills with a focus on menu design, food quality, guest dining satisfaction, and operational execution.
- Possession of valid food safety certifications (e.g., HACCP) and sound knowledge of hygiene regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
