Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:
 
  • To ensure the restaurant is profitable and that the business gradually grows according to the annual objective settings;
  • To be a hands-on manager and be present at all times in the outlet, especially during busy periods, to handle all guest’s inquiries & ensure the service & production are up to standard requirements;
  • To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations and up-sell alternatives;
  • To handle guest and employee enquiries courteously and efficiently, reporting complaints or problems;
  • To delegate duties and responsibilities appropriate to equipped and resourced employees, nurturing and developing them whilst ensuring standards of operation;
  • To be aware of market trends and competitions within service industries and implement each monthly sale and promotional activity to maximize revenues to achieve the annual budget plan;
  • To provide suggestive ideas and constructive suggestions to the promotional activities, ensuring the target is met & costs are effectively controlled.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Hotel Management/Food & Beverage Management is an added advantage;
  • At least 8 years as supervisory staff in the hotel / F&B service industries;
  • Good Presentation and fluent in writing, understanding, and speaking Portuguese and English;
  • Capable under work pressure, positive service mindset & good learning attitude.
  • Able to build relationships with staff members at all levels;
  • Macau ID Holder only.
