Assistant General Manager (Job Ref. No: MGT01M)

Responsibilities:

To Lead a team of account servicing and operations staff to achieve business objectives
General sales and profitability of the Company to achieve pre-set budgets
Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities
Responsible for managing, planning and directing the operations in Macau office
Develop and maintain basic objectives, policies and operating plans in accordance with Corporate policies
Monitor and ensure efficiency and service quality standards are achieved
Full accountability for the team P&L
Report directly to General Manager

Requirements:

University graduate in any discipline
Minimum 7 years of experience in similar line
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a team of Sales and Operations staff
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
Self-motivated & adaptable to new business environment
Excellent spoken and written English and preferably also Chinese
