Job Description:
As an Executive Office Assistant Manager, your primary responsibility is to support the Executive Office in overseeing the organization's administrative activities. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, typing, communication management, and assisting with various office tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Office in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Providing administrative support to the hotel's executive team
- Managing executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for hotel's executive team
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing databases
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels
- Resolve administrative issues promptly and effectively, exhibiting a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Stay updated on organizational changes and business developments
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents
- Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration / Executive Office, 3 years experience in managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a penchant for accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to dynamic situations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in written English and Chinese
- Macau ID holder only.
