1. Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy that inspires your staff to deliver exceptional guest service that drives financial success
2. Collaborate with hotel department leaders to define goals and objectives that are compatible with the overall hotel goals, as well as strategies for achieving them
3. Create a budget to maximize profit margins while keeping costs in balance with guest satisfaction and quality of services
4. Lead Room Division efforts by developing a targeted strategy for publicizing the hotel's services and amenities
5. Establish the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting rooms, public areas, and the surrounding grounds for cleanliness and upkeep

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or Business is a plus. Equivalent experience is acceptable.
2. At least 15 to 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with significant luxury and international experience in Room Division or Front Office Department.
3. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or Executive Assistant Manager or equivalent experience in a 3-or above star hotel.
4. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
