Position Summary
To support VP, Special Projects in coordinating and collaborating between business stakeholders across GEG departments for effective achievements of overall special projects

Primary Responsibility
To conduct researches given by VP or Senior Management and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis
To assist in the management of on-going researches or operation projects
To assist business market strategic analysis regularly to facilitate strategy formulation and keep up-to-date market development
To manage diary, appointments, executives meetings and travel itineraries effectively
To liaise with internal parties in preparing meeting minutes and presentations
To assist in project coordination and logistics and act as a liaison between both internal and external parties
To take up any ad hoc tasks assigned by Senior Management; and
To provide administrative support when required

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Ability to plan, organize and facilitate meeting for multiple departments
Strong communication, research, analysis and presentation skills
Able to operate with passion and create an environment for commitment
Self motivated, proactive individual with keen desire to create a successful and dynamic matrix team
