  • To work close with store commercial team and using go examples from other stores inspired our customer to ensure they visit the store more frequently by using the store vitality throughout the IKEA store & IKEA website.
  • Lead and communicate the commercial calendar, store activity plan to our store colleagues that motivates them to take responbility in their part to achieve the store goals.
  • Ensure a qualitative and efficient implementation in the store through clear communication, ensure they can take responbility to delivery.
  • Act quickly on commercial opportunities; changing availability of products (overstock and out of stock).
  • Knowing the local market potential and work with commercial team to ensure the IKEA Brand is relevant in different sales channels.
  • Knowledge of our product range, global & store priorities, volume commitments, local market conditions and local store competitors which to support and drive the store commercial calendar.
  • Work with sotre BN to analyse store activity performance(KPIs): identify successful activities, solutions and ideas, which improvement for future activies planning.
  • Understand the impact of actions and activities on the financial results of the store and know which results you have influence over with store BN.
  • To lead and strength the CAL team to ensure store activities smooth and contribute on the store sales.
  • Work close with country sales, country marketing, country ComIn, CD team and CSC to secure consistent, seamless positive customer shopping experience.


I optimize sales and sustained long term profitability by generating more traffic to our stores, using all internal and external media. I work in collaboration with the commercial team and local marketing to lead and implement successful the country & store commercial calendar throughout the store (online). I do this by using my knowledge of our sotre range, the local market, competition, our customers, and the experience and expertise of my colleagues.
