Job Description: • Be responsible for leading the marketing projects from planning to execution in order to enhance the brand image as well as increasing brand awareness of the company’s properties in the targeted markets. • Develop, manage and execute marketing projects / plans based on the given marketing budget, and ensure that the delivery meets with the timelines, costs, quality and standards. • Work closely with the internal business units and retail tenants to create promotional plans, and to maintain a good leverage between the marketing resources and budgets. • Work closely with the internal users and external production partners on designs and productions. Also, supervise and manage the external partners to ensure the quality of projects and that they are delivered within budgets and timelines. • Provide brand guidance for all internal and external users to ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels. • Prepare pre-and-post reports on the projects for evaluation. Job Specification: • Holder of degree in marketing, media studies, or communications studies; major in Communications, Advertising, Journalism, English or a similar area is preferred. • At least 5 years of experience in the field of Marketing • Excellent knowledge on major social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, WeChat and Weibo, etc. • Proactive and highly organized, meticulous, detail-oriented with strong time management and planning skills, as well as a proven ability to multitask • Strong project management skills, organizational skills and presentation skills • Creative thinker with proven campaign experience Interested parties should send detailed resume and expected salary to recruit@fishermanswharf.com.mo (All applications will be keep confidential and used for employment purpose only)
