Administrator – Facilities Management 工程部

Job Description

  • Is mainly to assist Assistant Chief Engineer and the whole E&M department to deal with the daily administrative works.
  • Prepare purchase orders for department.
  • Be responsible for, and check supply invoices against purchase orders and follow up payments.
  • Coordinate department purchasing, warehousing and inventory functions.
  • Make and record appointments, prepare agendas or programs for meetings.
  • Attend and take minutes of meetings, both in the office and at other locations.
  • Assist department to submit attendance, roster or other related forms.

Job Specification
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Administration Management / Engineering or other related majors.
  • With 1 year administrative relevant working experience in Hotel or Engineering Company is preferred.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good at English and Cantonese and Mandarin, in both written and spoken.
