Executive Assistant

Our client is a well-known Law Firm in Macau. They are now looking for an Executive Assistant to join them.



  • Responsible for providing personal assistant, secretarial and administrative duties in an accurate and efficient manner and in compliance with Firm's policies and procedures.

  • Assist the Managing Partner directly in personal and professional matters, manage the agenda and calendar and being the point of contact to schedule appointments.

  • Organize and keep updates on personal and professional documents and folders (both digitally and original).

  • Manage the correspondence, reminders, contract renewals, payments, and other daily activities, etc.

  • Arrange and book Managing Partners travels, transportation and accommodation.

  • Draft emails, proposals, letters and other type of documents under the Managing Partner supervisor.

  • Provide administrative support and duties for the Managing Partner team, including managing schedules, updating calendars, arranging and scheduling meetings, drafting meeting minutes, filing meeting minutes book, scanning and printing documents and filling organization (both digitally and original).

  • Liaise with internal and external parties by calls, email and chat apps.

  • Arrange for the delivery of documents via messenger (upon request).



  • Bachelor's degree or above.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in similar role; Administrative experience is mandatory.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Portuguese as an advantage.

  • Excellent time management, organization, interpersonal skills and communication skills in written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented, self-motived, responsible, and work independent.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and perform quality work under high-pressure.

  • Technology oriented.

  • Experienced with Office 365 applications (namely Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint).
