Requirements

  • Working experience in sales and customer service preferred
  • Service-oriented with good communication skills
  • Detail-minded and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities


  • Manage center operations and handle general administration work
  • Provide support for Center Manager & teachers
  • Perform high quality customer services at Front Desk
  • Promote company's services & products to perspective customers
  • Handle customers' enquiries & complaints
