Senior HR & Admin Officer 高級人事行政主任

Our client is a well-known integrated group in Macau, they are currently searching for an experienced HR & Admin Officer to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing support in office administration, as well as HR and PA functions.


  • Provide support in office administration including managing office supplies and equipment, maintaining the office environment, and handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Assist in the management of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, maintaining employee records, and managing government filings including mandatory reports and other legal requirements.
  • Act as a personal assistant to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, HR, or personal assistant role.
  • Fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Officer.
