Organization & Procedures | Coordinator
Qualification:
University degree with minimum 2-3 years working experience;
Self-motivated and able to work independently;
Good communication, inter-personal and analytical skills;
Fluent spoken & written English and Chinese;
Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office application;
A junior position will be offered to those candidates with less working experiences.
Responsibilities:
To work with process owner(s) developing operations procedures and guidelines for implementation of global standards, regulatory, compliance and new business requirements;
To coordinate the Bank’s Business Continuity Management activities;
To prepare quality control report for the critical processes of the Bank.
