Assistant Human Resources Manager

Our client is a Multinational Corporation and they are now looking for an Assistant Human Resources Manager to join them.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to C&B, recruitment, training and HR administration.

  • Monitor full spectrum of C&B functions including the calculation of monthly payroll, staff record management, final payment, Taxation issues, social security fund contribution and filing and HRIS inputs in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Handle monthly payroll including checking of OT and attendance, prepare movement and payroll reports to finalize the payroll in the payroll system.

  • Handle various human resources and training programs, follow up on the arrangement for imported labour, employment and employee relations matters, all staff issues and dispute.

  • Provide support in preparation of employment contract & movement letters.

  • Prepare the monthly salary cost allocation summary to Finance Manager on a monthly basis.

  • Handle all ad hoc HR projects.

 

Requirement:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.

  • At least 5 - 8 years of relevant HR experience with 2 years' supervisory level experience in large companies.

  • Proficiency in HRIS system especially in payroll field.

  • Knowledge of local Labour Laws is desirable.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Proactive, responsible and attentive to details.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work under pressure.
