Job Responsibilities: • Understand business recruitment needs and drive the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions (intake meetings, active sourcing, shortlisting, phone interviews, candidate management and streamlining the process until successful hire) • Drive the interview and offer process providing regular updates on progress to all parties • Manage all activities of the HR processes set out for various stages of employees Life Cycle including: Onboarding, Internal job transfer, promotion, relocation etc. • Support in maintaining data integrity of Workday/HR systems and personnel file records ensuring all data are updated in a timely manner. • Plan and execute employee relations and wellness programs and recreation activities to motivate and retain employees • Organize and implement initiatives to build and strengthen the employee’s morale and loyalty • Design employer branding programs to increase the awareness of corporate brand and attract new talents • Support other ad-hoc HR initiatives as required Requirements: • Degree or above holder • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and ER or similar positions • Ability to work independently • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong experience in assessing candidates against team fit and job requirements • Positive attitude with a passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external • Autonomous and collaborative working style focused on finding win-win solutions • Process-driven, highly organized, multi-tasking professional mindset • Immediately available will be a plus We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
