HR Manager / HR Assistant Manager - Law Firm

 Our client is a well-known international and fast-paced Law Firm based in Macau. They are now looking for a Human Resources Manager / Human Resources Assistant Manager to join them.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations and day-to-day operation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, guidelines and procedures with periodical review and design the best practice to comply with regulations.
  • Plan staffing, manage talent and execute organizational development initiatives.
  • Consolidate & analyze HR data and reports.
  • Monitor staff performance and build up relationship.
  • Provide professional HR advice / solutions to division heads, and maintain good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in annual salary surveys.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
 
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with 3-5 years in managerial level.
  • Knowledge of local Labour Law is desirable.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal and data analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and detail-minded, self-motived, responsible and work independent.
  • Good presentation skills, well organized and multi-task.
