Human Resources Business Partner

Our client is a multinational company, they are now seeking for a HR Business Partner to join them in Macau.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and full spectrum HR support to the Business Head.

  • Handle end to end recruitment function from identifying effective recruitment channels, sourcing strategies and candidate management.

  • Deliver HR advices to Business Head on Macau's labor ordinance, performance coaching, disciplinary action, staff counselling, labor dispute / grievance.

  • Communicate all policies, procedures and organizational changes to responsible division.

  • Conduct store visit and provide a summary on the follow up actions to the Business Head.

  • Works closely with management and employees to build a high performing culture and positive employee experiences.

  • Provide HR advices to the Business Head.

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties are assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in a sizable organization.

  • Experience in retail sector will be a plus.

  • Familiar with Macau labor ordinance.

  • Fluent in English and Chinese.

  • Strong in interpersonal skill, able to work independently.

  • Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR system

  • Good knowledge on HR functional skills with strong business acumen is an added advantage
