Human Resources Officer

Our client is a Multinational Corporation and they are now looking for a Human Resources Officer to join them.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to C&B, recruitment, training and HR administration.

  • Assist in full spectrum of C&B functions including the calculation of monthly payroll, staff record management, final payment, Taxation issues, social security fund contribution and filing and HRIS inputs in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Support monthly payroll including checking of OT and attendance, prepare movement and payroll reports to finalize the payroll in the payroll system.

  • Support recruitment process including job advertisement posting, interview arrangement and training.

  • Provide support in preparation of employment contract & movement letters.

  • Prepare the monthly salary cost allocation summary to Finance Manager on a monthly basis;

  • Handle staff issues and complaints.

 

Requirement:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 - 6 years of relevant HR experience in large companies.

  • Proficiency in HRIS system especially in payroll field.

  • Knowledge of local Labour Laws is desirable.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail oriented and well-organized.
