Our client is one of the leading logistics companies in Macau, due to business expansion, they are now seeking for a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute overall business and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.
Lead and drive team to achieve lead generation, new business acquisition and sales KPIs and ensure quality revenue.
Lead team to build and maintain effective business relationship with customers, and ensure professional company image and quality customer service.
Monitor sales trends, prepare performance statistical reports and initiate actions for continuous improvement.
Initiate ways to improve sales systems and processes.
Motivate and engage team members by providing guidance, coaching and training.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years' experience in sales, with at least 3 years in people manager role, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies.
Strong business acumen with good analytical and decision-making skills.
Customer oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong team leadership skills in driving business performance.
Strong organizing and presentation skills.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Proficient PC skills.
Travelling to Hong Kong is required.
