Sales Manager

Our client is one of the leading logistics companies in Macau, due to business expansion, they are now seeking for a Sales Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute overall business and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.

  • Lead and drive team to achieve lead generation, new business acquisition and sales KPIs and ensure quality revenue.

  • Lead team to build and maintain effective business relationship with customers, and ensure professional company image and quality customer service.

  • Monitor sales trends, prepare performance statistical reports and initiate actions for continuous improvement.

  • Initiate ways to improve sales systems and processes.

  • Motivate and engage team members by providing guidance, coaching and training.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics Management or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in sales, with at least 3 years in people manager role, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies.

  • Strong business acumen with good analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Customer oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Strong team leadership skills in driving business performance.

  • Strong organizing and presentation skills.

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

  • Proficient PC skills.

  • Travelling to Hong Kong is required.
