    ZipCity is a spectacular attraction, a creator of memories and you are the secret sauce for what makes the customer’s experience memorable. We are now inviting interested candidate to join us as:

ZIPCITY RETAIL AND TRAINING ROOM ASSISTANTS

ZIPCITY MACAU is the world’s first immersive urban zipline attraction, a one-of-a-kind new leisure entertainment attraction in Macau that combines the exhilarating thrills of ziplining with a spectacular audio-visual experience.

What you will do….

You will work in a customer services role within the ZIPCITY retail and ‘training room’ to manage customers and help them get ready for their zipline experience! You will…

  1. check customer tickets before they enter the training room to check zipline flight time and ensure the correct customers are flying at the correct times.
  2. Count customers as they enter the training room and ensure no more than 8 customers entering each time.
  3. Help customers to ‘Gear Up’ e.g. prepare them for their zipline experience, putting their belongings into bags, helping fit flight harnesses, protective helmets and their flight camera.

  • Enthusiasm to learn about marketing and a desire to learn from our experienced team
  • You are proactive with high energy and strong personality
  • You know you naturally like to talk to people, and are ready to speak to anyone anywhere
  • Approachable, confident and
  • Cantonese and Mandarin speaker, English is a bonus
