Retail Leasing Assistant Manager

 What this job involves:
• Support in developing business opportunities for Retail Leasing amongst existing and new clients in Macau
• Focus on Retail clients relationship management and business development
• Identify potential clients, generate up-to-date list, and conduct cold calling
• Negotiate on behalf of clients on new leases and lease renewals
• Be accountable to prepare and present leasing materials to prospective Tenants and Landlords
• Assist the Manager Retail, Macau in establishing high service standards, and maximize cross selling opportunities
• Provide high value services to Retail clients, identify and develop business plans for long term client relationship
• Plan and implement retail strategy for business to cope with company business target
