- Works with the in-charge of our 5 Luxury stores in implementing excellent customer service to our valuable customers; - Ensure that luxurious customer service is consistently and well executed at each store; - Develop and implement action plans for improvement of qualified customer service experience; - Observe, provide immediate advice and continuous feedback to the store in-charge during the frequent store visits; - Closely communicate with the management by writing and discussing key / critical issues and highlighting short-term plans; - Perform any other ad-hoc project assigned by the management. Job Requirements: - Secondary Graduate or above; - Minimum 3 years’ experience at luxury store, front of the house working experience at luxury hotel is a plus; - Proactive, open-minded and attention to details; - Proficient in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
