Responsibilities: Assist Store Manager to achieve sales targets and maximize the sales as well as train the sales team in sales techniques. Manage the daily store operation and administration. Develop long-term relationships with customers proactively by using internal client telling tools. Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company guidelines. Act as a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to customers. Requirements: Minimum 5 years retail experience, with 3 years' experience in supervisory roles, luxury men's wear is preferred. Passion for the brand, self-motivated with strong interpersonal skill. Customer service oriented with commercial mindset. Willingness to evolve in the organization. Bachelor degree; good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
