Operations Director/ Manager (F&B/ Retail/ Events Preferred)

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in Macau, they are now in search of an experienced Operations Director/ Manager with a preference for candidates who have a background in the Food & Beverage (F&B), Retail or event management industry.

Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement best practices across all operational functions.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead a team of operational staff, providing clear direction, guidance, and support.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance work culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and employee development.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve operational objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, monitoring performance, and addressing any operational issues or challenges.
  • Establish and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards to uphold quality and consistency.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, health and safety standards, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to operational activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any fields.
  • 3 years or above experiences in operations management, preferably in the F&B or Retail industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated experiences in implementing operational strategies and process improvement initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
