Haitong Bank, Macau Branch is a branch of Haitong Bank, S.A., a Guotai Haitong Securities’ wholly-owned subsidiary and an EU-regulated bank incorporated in Lisbon, Portugal, with operations in Iberia, the UK, Poland and Brazil.

The establishment of Haitong Bank, Macau Branch represents a key event in the development of the Bank’s cross-border strategy, allowing for a strengthening of business with China and enhanced coordination with the remaining Haitong Group. In this context, the Bank aims to promote and develop Macao's financial services, creating a financial center of choice for bond issuance within the Greater Bay Area and at the same time promoting the diversification of Macao's financial activity.

Corporate Banking, Analyst

CORPORATE BANKING DEPARTMENT
The Corporate Banking Department is primary client gateway into the Bank and Group wide product offering. Through the team of bankers, we have increased our ability to give a more differentiated service to our clients. The bankers’ approach is client centered and their goal is to offer the most appropriate financial solutions within Haitong Bank’s scope.

We have one opened vacancy for Analyst at the Corporate Banking Department. The role will be mainly responsible for assisting in handling customer relationshipand executing corporate banking transactions.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Key tasks and responsibilities may include:
• Analyze transaction documents (including info memo, financial model, term sheet);
• Analyze industry dynamics;
• Analyze and understand the competitive advantages and risks of client;
• Prepare internal report (including presentation, term sheet, cash flow analysis etc);
• Conduct customer on-boarding procedures;
• Perform transaction monitoring and reviews;

PROFILE
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory;
• Quick learner, able to understand a new industry/client in a short timeframe;
• Basic accounting knowledge, able to conduct financial analysis;
• Satisfactory interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively in presentations and with clients;
• Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive;
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply!
