Senior Accounts Clerk / 高級會計文員

Job Responsibilities:

* Process Invoices and verify expense reports (including administrative, inventory and fixed assets, etc.)
* Update accounts payable ledgers, inventory reports and maintain the database.
* Reconcile account transactions and resolve discrepancies.
* Perform other related duties as required, such as document delivery and banking errands.

Job Requirements:

* 3 years of relevant experience, LCC Level II or above.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Excel
* Mature attitude, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, perform under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
* Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
* Hold a Macau Permanent Resident Identity Card.

工作職責:

* 處理日常發票、費用及提交成本報告 (包括行政、庫存和固定資產的本成)
* 會計應付入賬,倉庫成本計算及維護數據庫的準確
* 核對賬目和修正差異
* 執行其他上司給予的相關工作,如外勤(文件遞送、收票和銀行業務)

職位要求:

* 3年相關工作經驗,LCC II 或以上
* 較強的分析能力和熟練使用MS Office Excel
* 態度成熟、責任心強、主動和能獨立工作,可承受壓力並按時完成任務
* 良好的中英文溝通能力
* 持有澳門永久性居民身份證
