Service Host (客戶服務代表)

工作內容：
1. 主動與賓客溝通、介紹娛樂場及酒店之特色、設施等
2. 向賓客提供親切及專業的優質客戶服務
3. 向賓客推廣各項會員優惠資訊及回贈方案，安排獎賞換領事宜
4. 為客戶設定行程計劃，接待客戶，並安排司機接送
職位要求：
1. 接受通宵輪班工作
2. 具備親切有禮的優質客戶服務技巧
3. 具備與客人互動的良好交際能力
4. 具備推廣娛樂場資訊的專業知識
