The Fundraising Assistant – Macau supports monthly donor recruitment, fundraising events and channels in Macau. The role also handles donor service enquiries and provides logistical, coordination and administrative support to the Macau office. Key Responsibilities: • Support the monthly donation programme, including venue booking, sign up form checking and onsite coordination. • Assist in organising fundraising events, including participant and volunteer recruitment, production follow-up, promotion, mailing communications and logistics arrangements. • Coordinate donation box placements and manage collection logistics. • Handle donor enquiries via phone, email, social media inbox and walk in reception. • Process donation transactions and maintain e payment and donation reports. • Provide general administrative and office support. • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors. Requirements: • Degree holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, event management or customer service (candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered). • Good communication skills in English and Chinese; spoken Cantonese preferred. • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills. • Experience in digital marketing tools, social media platforms or basic video editing preferred. • CRM, data entry or reporting experience is an advantage. • Outgoing personality and comfortable working outdoors. • Macau resident with the right of abode; able to work on rostered shifts including weekends and public holidays. • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must Why Join Us At Oxfam Hong Kong, our culture is shaped by our values, which reinforce what we care about and how we do things.
