Job Description As an Architectural Assistant, your main role will be to support our lead architects with design co-ordination and responsible for the preparation of architectural / interior design drawings. This role involves a blend of design and technical tasks with administrative duties. This position requires an organizational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, ideal for someone looking to gain comprehensive experience in architecture. Key Responsibilities - Drafting and Design Support: - Assist in creating architectural drawings and plans using CAD and other design tools. Project Coordination: - Facilitate communication between project stakeholders. - Manage schedules and ensure project milestones are met. - Document meetings and coordinate project deliverables. Documentation and Compliance: - Maintain accurate project files and documentation. Site Management: - Accompany architects on site visits. - Monitor construction progress and quality. - Document site conditions and construction developments. Administrative Support: - Assist Lead Architect in daily administrative tasks.
